Return & Refund Policy
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition with no sign or wear and tear. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
GreenBelt Stream Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.

Q1: What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are NOT completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us.
All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Q2: What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?

Q3: What should I do if I order wrong size?
Any items which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to test it before heading out on the bike. All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED, condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
Please follow the steps below to change the size:
1. Call us at 011 3878 5757 or e-mail us at admin@greenbeltstream.com to inform us about this matter.
2. Send the item back to our shop. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our shop.
3. We will send new item with the new size. We will cover on the shipping cost.
* Free shipping on item exchange only applicable for 1 time/order only.
** Free exchange is depending on product availability. In case the size required is not available at our store and warehouse, we will advise products that equivalent to your order.
