Cost and Payment

Once quotation is confirmed, client is required to make the full payment. Any additional features or functions that are not stated under Package Features will incur extra charges. Extra charges will be imposed if modifications of website layout & features are required by client after the web design is completed.

Project Completion and Schedule

The standard duration of the project is 2 weeks. If in any case IG Shop is currently occupied with many projects, it might take 2-3 weeks for completion. Any additional features or functions that are not stated under Package Features will also extend the completion date based on complexity of the features/functions requested. We will start working on the website development once we have discussed the website layout with you.

Web Hosting and Renewal

IG Shop takes no responsibility for delays or down times, breakdowns or data loss caused by Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

IG Shop will not automatically renew client’s account and signed up services after its expiration date. Domain/Hosting provider will send out email notification to customers before the service expiration date. Client needs to provide confirmation on the renewal and pay renewal fee direct to the Domain/Hosting provider, failure to do so may result in termination and disruption of related service.

Suspension of Service

IG Shop reserves the right to suspend service in any case where client fail to pay within the term of payment. The clients website may be taken down until full payment has been received. IG Shop takes no responsibility for any loss of data incurred due to the removal of domain/hosting service. IG Shop will not re-develop the website if client decided to continue using their website after the hosting company removed all the client’s database in the server.

Refund Policy

You are not entitled for refund if you changed your mind after you have paid for any of our website packages. If we terminate you from using our service for any reason in accordance with the Terms of our service, we will not give you a refund for the amount fee that you have paid to us. Similarly if you terminate our service for whatever reasons, you are not entitled for any refund.
