You can only change for another product within 7 days of receiving the goods. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be exchanged.
Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must find the return form here within 7 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products. Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect, faulty or has missing parts, in which case we will refund the return postage.
