Manage Order

Go to Woocommerce > Orders in your dashboard. You’ll see a list of all orders, including Order ID, customer names, order date, order statuses (e.g., Pending, Processing, Completed), product details, shipping address, phone number, shipping method, payment method and order totals..

Click on an order ID or the customer name to open the order details page.

Understand the Order Status

  • Pending Payment: Awaiting payment.
  • Processing: Payment received; order is being fulfilled.
  • On Hold: Waiting for manual confirmation (e.g., for bank transfer).
  • Completed: Order is fulfilled.
  • Cancelled: Order was cancelled.
  • Refunded: Payment refunded.
  • Packing: Change order status that need to be pack or have been packed.
  • Shipped: Order status have been shipped (this will trigger the email notification with tracking no)
  • NV Pending Pickups: Ninjavan Orders that are ready to be pickup

You can update the status manually if needed.

Update Order Status – BULK UPDATE

  • On the order page, select one or multiple orders that you would like to update, find the BULK ACTIONS dropdown.
  • Select the new status (e.g., Mark Packing, Change status to Shipped).
  • Click Apply to save the changes.
