Ninjavan
Generate the Shipping Label/Waybill
- Select the Orders you want to Push To Ninja Van
- Go to Bulk Actions dropdown and choose NV: Push Order(s)
- Click Apply
If the order has been successfully created, your order page will:
Display Tracking Numbers in the Ninja Van Column
Order Status change to “NV Pending Pickup” (May require Refresh)
If the order has an error it will show “Booking Error”
Refer to the error, and identify the issue. You can ask Ninjavan support for help
Print the Waybill
- Select the Orders you want to Print Ninja Van waybills.
- Go to Bulk Actions dropdown and choose NV: Generate AWB
- Click Apply
Generated Waybills will be downloaded
Open the file to Print the Waybills
J&T
Generate the Shipping Label/Waybill
- Select the Orders you want to push to J&T
- Go to Bulk Actions dropdown and choose Order to J&T
- Click Apply
If the order has been successfully created, your order page will display Tracking Numbers in the J&T Waybill Column
Print the Waybill
- Select the Orders you want to Print J&T waybills.
- Go to Bulk Actions dropdown and choose Print J&T Consignment Note (Thermal)
- Click Apply
Generated Waybills will be downloaded
Open the file to Print the Waybills
