Go to the main page of your website & click Edit with Elementor on the admin bar.
Search popup from the element list and drag and drop the popup element to anywhere on your page.
Follow these setting:
Add text or image for your popup in the content setting.
You can show or hide the header.
You can show or hide the CTA button in the popup footer setting.
