Go to menu WooCommerce > Settings
Click the Booster tab & click payment Gateways.
Tick Gateways Fees and Discounts and click the SAVE CHANGES button.
Click Settings link to continue.
Tick the Enable Module checkbox as shown in the below image.
Key in the title for the fee. This will appear on the checkout page.
Select Fee Type : Fixed or Percent
Key in the Fee Value.
Based on this example, by default all user role will be charged 5% fee when they choose Credit Card, Debit Card & E-Wallet payment method at checkout.
Tick the enable checkbox to set different fee for for each user role.
Scroll to the bottom and click the SAVE CHANGES button.
