Go to Woocommerce > Discount Rules in your dashboard.
Click ADD NEW RULE button to add a new Rule Setting.
Once you have finished setting up the rules, click the SAVE & CLOSE button.
If you want to give discount based on subtotal amount, follow this setting.

Discount will be activated if the subtotal in the shopping cart is at least RM250 or based on your subtotal value in the rule setting.
