Go to Woocommerce > Discount Rules in your dashboard.
Click ADD NEW RULE button to add a new Rule Setting.
Once you have finished setting up the rules, click the SAVE & CLOSE button.
Example 1: Get 20% discount on T-shirts

Example 3: Buy 5 Bags and get 10% off, Buy 10 Bags and above get 20% off.
LOGIC:
1-4 bags = No discount
5-9 bags = 10% discount
10 bags & above = 20% discount
